Campaign Service Policy

Effective October 17, 2026

Return to your portal

Direct to Desk is a service of Artfully Graphic. Artfully Graphic provides the services described in your accepted proposal or order.

Direct to Desk provides creative design and campaign services as an extension of your marketing and sales efforts. This policy explains what our services include, how we work together, and what to expect from your campaign.

It applies to the Campaign Creative Kit, Content-to-Campaign, Connected Campaign, and any separately purchased creative or direct-mail services.

Our campaign services

Campaign Creative Kit

We develop a coordinated creative direction and adapt it across the marketing assets and formats included in your package. This service supports teams that need professionally designed materials for their campaigns.

Content-to-Campaign

We use your approved source content, such as a guide, eBook, report, or case study, to develop supporting campaign messaging and creative assets. This service helps your team extend the use of existing content across the materials included in your package.

Connected Campaign

We bring the creative assets and campaign components included in your order together around a consistent message and experience. The specific combination of creative, digital, and direct-mail services is identified in your purchased package or accepted proposal.

What your project includes

Your purchased package, accepted proposal, or order identifies the deliverables, quantities, formats, services, and revision allowance included in your project.

Creating an asset does not automatically include distributing or managing it. Media buying, advertising spend, email sending, landing-page development or hosting, printing, postage, incentives, integrations, and ongoing campaign management are included only when expressly listed in your package or order.

Additional assets, formats, creative concepts, or services outside the agreed scope will be discussed and quoted for your approval before additional work begins.

Campaign expectations and results

Direct to Desk does not guarantee leads, booked meetings, sales, or a particular return on investment.

Our services are designed to support your marketing objectives by providing the agreed creative materials and campaign services. They are not a purchase of a guaranteed number of responses, survey completions, qualified leads, booked calls, attended meetings, sales opportunities, or customers.

Campaign performance depends on factors such as audience quality, offer relevance, messaging, timing, market conditions, brand awareness, recipient interest, and sales follow-up. Unless specifically included in your order, your team remains responsible for campaign distribution, ongoing marketing activity, lead follow-up, and the sales process.

Campaign goals, projections, examples, and previous results are not promises of future performance. Providing a landing experience, direct mail, or an incentive does not ensure that someone will respond, schedule a call, attend a meeting, or make a purchase.

Client materials and participation

You are responsible for providing accurate project information, the requested brand assets and content, and timely feedback and approvals. You must have the appropriate rights and permissions to use and share any materials or audience data you provide.

Please review proofs carefully, including wording, contact information, links, offers, product information, and any business or performance claims. We may request supporting information or clarification before using a claim in campaign materials.

Direct to Desk manages the creative work. Your team provides direction, requests revisions, and reviews and approves the work through the agreed project process.

Revisions and creative approval

Included revisions follow the allowance stated for your project. A revision refines the existing creative direction. A new concept, substantially different message, additional deliverable, or significant change to previously approved work may require a separate estimate.

Your approval applies to the specific version you reviewed. Requested changes after approval may require additional time, another approval, or additional fees, which will be communicated for your approval before that additional work proceeds.

Accepting this service policy does not approve creative materials that have not yet been presented. Creative review and approval remain separate.

Project timing

Project schedules depend on the agreed scope, receipt of necessary materials, timely feedback, and any required third-party services.

Missing materials, delayed approvals, or changes to the project scope may affect estimated delivery or launch dates. We will communicate resulting schedule changes. Any expressly agreed deadlines remain subject to the terms of your accepted proposal or order.

Digital payments and cancellations

Digital creative services require a 50% upfront payment before work starts. The remaining 50% is due before final artwork is released. Your accepted order shows the amounts due. Connected Campaign and direct-mail campaign funding follow the separate upfront terms below.

You may cancel digital creative services and request a refund of your payment before work starts. Once work starts, payments for those digital creative services are nonrefundable. Payment alone does not start work; the project start is recorded in your portal after the required payment and project materials are ready.

To request cancellation or a refund before work starts, contact directtodesk@artfullygraphic.com. This cancellation policy does not limit our responsibility to deliver the agreed work, correct our errors, or honor rights and remedies required by applicable law.

Direct mail, incentives, and third-party services

The full agreed direct-mail campaign cost is payable upfront before campaign work begins. This includes the agreed campaign services, printing, postage, fulfillment, and the full approved gift card budget for both survey and meeting rewards. Your proposal itemizes these costs and incentive administration so you can see how much is allocated to recipient rewards.

Separately purchased digital creative services retain their own payment terms. Existing accepted proposals and orders retain their agreed scope, prices, and payment terms.

When included in your order, services such as printing, mailing, hosting, advertising, scheduling, and incentive delivery may involve third-party providers. Provider processing times, availability, delivery conditions, and technical issues can affect campaign timing or operation.

Mailing or delivery does not guarantee that the intended recipient personally receives, opens, reads, or responds to a piece.

Incentive amounts, eligibility requirements, and fulfillment conditions are governed by the terms stated for the individual campaign. Offering an incentive does not guarantee participation, a qualified lead, or a completed meeting.

Printing costs are nonrefundable once you approve the print work for production. Approval to print is separate from accepting this service policy. Postage and gift-card funding are separate from digital creative fees; their cancellation and unused-fund terms must be stated in your campaign proposal before you accept it.

Final artwork and working files

After full payment and final release, you own the final artwork supplied for your order. Original artwork files, editable source files, working files, unselected concepts, reusable tools, and templates are not included in that ownership or delivery.

Third-party fonts, stock images, software, and other licensed assets remain subject to their respective licenses. Your ownership of the supplied final artwork does not transfer ownership of those third-party assets.

Our commitment to your project

The absence of a results guarantee does not change our responsibility to deliver the agreed work.

Direct to Desk remains responsible for completing the purchased services and addressing errors or failures in our work under the applicable project terms. This policy does not remove your rights or remedies under your agreement or applicable law.
